Greetings In The Name Of Jesus!!

Let us share with you some highlights of our Ministry and what God is doing in our midst…

Our summer, again, was different. We had only two teams who came to help us with construction projects. One team helped us to put up trusses and metal roof in the newest dorm for boys. The other team helped with some remodeling and painting. Many other projects continue to “wait”.

I don’t quite understand what is going on and why. I mean, I know that all the violence in some areas of our country has frightened people to participate with us. Why is this happening? Well, I know that evil will be growing every day, especially when the one causing it knows his day is close. But one thing I know: God continues in His throne and He will continue with His plans, and as certain as I am about this, I know that this Ministry will continue being a beacon in this part of the world, not just to rescue orphans, neglected and abused children, but also to PROCLAIM JESUS around the world! God has not withdrawn because the violence. What we need to do? Again, I am convinced that God called me to serve Him here at this time.

“For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

What I need from you?

PRAYER: “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints – and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel”. I strongly believe in the power of PRAYER. Just as when Joshua was fighting, Moses held up his hands and the children of Israel prevailed, but when Moses let his hands down the enemy prevailed. Aaron and Hur supported Moses’ hands until the victory was acquired. I need you to be my Aaron and Hur. Help me lift up my hands in prayer that victory may come soon!!

FINANCIAL SUPPORT: As I was sharing with a group of men about the Volunteer Teams not coming, and the impact that has caused in the Ministry, I heard several “Oh I did not know that”…

The impact of not having teams is not only on projects being delayed, but also the gifts each team brought to the Children’s Home: clothing, tools, sports equipment just to mention some. Not receiving these, have caused that we have to use our own resources to supply for them, which has generated for the last two years, extra expenses. We as the Apostle Paul said:

“Know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”

I want you to prayerfully ask God how you can support our Ministry and join with us in our daily prayer: “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus”.
